| How to order |
| Orders may be placed by fax (0039-0660513309), by phone (0039-0655265626) or directly by logging onto our websites (www.r2m.it and www.r2mshop.com). For online orders, customers will use the shopping cart through the checkout process, its final step being the customer's authorization to process personal data. The shopping cart will show the selected products with their unit price, and the subtotal. Once the selection of products is completed, a method of payment will be selected. | Conditions of payment and delivery |
Payment may be made using:

Paypal (see also “payment protection”)
When goods are received (Cash On Delivery)
Each payment is processed as soon as the goods are handed over to the courier company in charge of delivering the goods. Couriers will only accept cash (no checks), up to a maximum amount of € 1,000.00. The courier company will charge Euro 3,00 (including VAT) for this service. If you select this payment method, please have cash ready to pay for the order total plus the Cash on Delivery charges directly to the courier (who will normally contact you prior to delivery).
Bank wire
For larger amounts, or whenever it is suitable for the customer, payment may be made by bank wire to: R2M srl - Banca di Credito Cooperativo di Riano, IBAN IT52U0878739350000000004827 SWIFT ICRAITRRLV0. As soon as funds are received, R2M will ship the goods. A copy of the completed bank wire or the CRO number provided by the bank for this sort of payment may be sufficient to have the goods shipped.
Invoicing
If required by the customer during the ordering process, R2M will issue an invoice for the shipped goods as provided for by Item 14 DPR 445/2000 and DL 52/2004 of the Italian Law. The invoice will be issued using the details provided by the customer in the course of the ordering process.
The invoice will be included in the shipment of goods.
Shipping method
Express courier: R2M uses the best and most reliable national and international courier companies, in order to ensure deliveries on time at competitive prices. Deliveries are normally effected 1-2 days after the goods leave our warehouse. For each product, availability is specified in each product card. See also “shipping guarantee” e “shipping charges”
Ordered goods will be delivered by express courier at the address specified by the customer on the order form. |

| Product warranty |
The R2M exclusively features top-quality products. Such products are purchased directly from wine makers and traders selected on the basis of their strict quality control processes. Basic features of each product are featured on our website by means of individual product cards. We meet all legal requirements as to best before date verification and storage conditions.
Images and colors of products, however, may differ from actual colors due to limitations related to the Web browser or the computer monitor used. If a product is not deemed as good for consumption, please notify us within eight days of receiving the product by means of registered mail with return receipt made out to: R2M srl , Via Luigi Rava 43, 00149 Roma (Italy). The product will have to be returned to R2M, and will be replaced by an exact same product. In case a replacement of the returned product is temporarily unavailable, R2M will refund the cost of the product by bank wire to the customer.
To date, we received 0 requests of product replacement. |

| Payment protection |
By credit card of by Paypal
For the above methods of payment, R2M uses a SSL secure connection. This process is absolutely safe, and is a guarantee for both the customer and R2M, as it is impossible for anyone to decrypt the information submitted through the Internet. When you type your credit card number, neither R2M nor anyone else will be able to read or register your information, which is protected by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and sent to the Moneynet/Paypal website for payment authorization; the customer's account will only be charged when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. In other words, it is just as if you paid directly at your bank branch, as R2M only receives confirmation that your credit card is authorized for payment. As a further guarantee, the actual payment is only processed after the customer is notified by email that the goods have been shipped. |

| Shipping guarantee |
R2M uses the best national and international courier companies, in order to ensure deliveries on time at competitive prices
R2M assumes all risks related to shipping the ordered products by courier, and is responsible for any damage occurred before the receipt of goods (signature of waybill).
For nationwide deliveries by SDA or BARTOLINI, you may request a waybill tracking number to verify online the status of your shipment. |

| Privacy policy - Your rights |
As provided for by Italian Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, personal details provided at the time of confirming the purchase order and/or for issuing invoices do not apply to the customer's authorization, as they are only collected and used on the basis of Italian and European legal requirements, and are only used to properly comply with the obligations set forth by the purchase agreement.
Personal details provided by customers will not be used for purposes of advertising or promotion, nor for market research, unless the customer provides explicit authorization upon reading his/her rights (Item 7 Italian Decree no. 196/2003) and legal information (Item 13 Italian Decree no. 196/2003).

| Return policy |
As provided for by Italian Decree no. 206/05, each customer has a right to withdraw from the purchase agreement without any loss, and without providing any explanations. In order to exercise such right, the customer will need to notify R2M Srl within 10 working days of receiving the goods. Such communication must be sent by registered mail with return receipt to: R2M srl, Via Luigi Rava 43, 00149 Roma (Italy). That communication may also be sent (still within 10 working days of the receipt of goods) by fax, telegram, telex or email, but it will still need to be confirmed by registered mail with return receipt in the next 48 hours..
The purchased goods must be shipped unopened to R2M Srl within 10 working days of sending the communication of withdrawal.
While the shipment from R2M to the customer is effected under R2M's responsibility, the shipment of returns - until the signature which attests to receipt at our warehouse - is made under the customer's responsibility, both as concerns costs and any damage, theft or loss of goods shipped without insurance.
R2M will refund the customer for the paid amount as soon as possible, and however within 30 days of receiving the goods, by credit card refund or by bank wire.
The right to withdraw from the purchase is not applicable if:
Integral parts of the product are missing
The product is damaged not due to transportation
Purchase by entities with VAT number or who are not identifiable as customers. |
