SPIRITS - GRAPPA |
| Grappa is a distilled product derived exclusively from wine produced from grapes and wine in Italy or in certain well-defined areas of Switzerland. It can have an alcohol content between 37.5% and 60% vol, reached directly, or by adding demineralized water in the right proportion to the product of distillation. The quality of grappa, as for wine, depends on the type and quality of the grapes used, but also on the type of distillation plant, and of course the technical skill of the master distiller. |
